nkor Wat

Draco (the dragon) contains the star Thuban in it's tail. This star was famous and well known due to it's position as the Pole Star of the ancient world.
In the year 2700BC, Thuban was located at the center of the sky's rotational pole, and served the same function as our own 'North Star' does today.
The earth's rotational axis undergoes a slow 26,000 year wobble. Over this long time the stars which circumnavigate the poles will appear to alter their relative positions.
Thuban was almost dead center at the pole in 27,000BC. Consequently, the star had special meaning to the Egyptians. In fact, the star was so important that Thuban is one of the four stars targeted by the famous "shafts" in the great pyramid.
While these connections between Ankor Wat, Draco and Ancient Egypt are interesting, the profound meanings remain obtuse unless we look at the larger picture.
The sky___ground modeling between Draco and Ankor Wat is unmistakable. The coorelations are obvious in both physical and symbolical allignments.
